My partner and I had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone. The room was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and intimate ambiance. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Our overall experience was nothing short of magical, and we left with cherished memories of a good week in Melbourne.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Room was modern, clean, and felt recently updated. Bathroom area though felt very small. As an average size person, I felt very cramped in the shower, which was not depicted in any photos, although water pressure was fantastic. This area also lacked privacy, with only a frosted glass door between either the toilet and shower and the rest of the room.
The other disappointment was, there was an offer for a $10 credit to their restaurant if you opt out of housekeeping for a stay of 2 nights or more, which we thought we’d do. When I went to redeem it for a coffee on our last day, I was told it could not be used on the day of check out. This makes zero sense, and will be what I remember most about our stay here. For the sake of a $6 coffee, they probably won’t get a repeat stay from us.
Had a big group stay in a few rooms. Staff were great. Rooms are on the small side but have everything that is needed. Only down side to our stay the aircon was not working properly and kept turning off so room became hot n stuffy, staff were not able to fix. Went to take a shower to find we only had cold water had warm water to wash hands but o my cold water for shower.
Hotel had such a great feel. Concierge service was friendly and inviting. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Location was ideal and close to Melbourne landmarks including Yarra, Eureka Tower and Crown Casino. Great for a couples night out.
I only stayed overnight but am very happy my friend recommended I stay here. Staff were friendly, room was set up nicely and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. I was happy to learn it is a pet friendly hotel. Will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Melbourne.
Needed a few more instructions in the room not enough on smart tv. Could hear traffic noise in the morning so guess not double glazed. only alcohol cheap in happy hour. Staff very helpful, lent us glasses and crockery for eating takeaway. …
